The nutritional services department offers a full range of catering services for your next event. The menu selections listed below are the most frequently requested items and should serve as a guide. If your plans include items or selections not listed, we would be happy to customize a menu for you.
We provide the best service when orders are placed in advance. We require two weeks notice, but we can accommodate shorter notice with items on hand. A final headcount is required 48 hours before the event. This count serves as your guarantee number, and we will base your billing amount on it. There is no charge for cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance; however, cancellations made after that time may be subject to a service charge.
Items may be picked up or delivered. Linen, skirting, decorations and servers can be provided for your event at an additional charge.

Placing an Order
To place an order, we will need the following information:
Name and phone number of contact person;
Date of the event;
Location of the event, including a room number if applicable;
Time the food should be delivered and picked up;
Number of people attending;
Name of the event;
Purchase order number;
Any specific requests regarding decorations and colors; and
Any requests for vegetarian or gluten-free options.
Please ensure that arrangements have been made with a custodian to provide tables for your event. We ask that the tables be set up 30 minutes prior to our arrival.
